At first, the command number and the API KEY did not work to activate the plugin. I sent an email and the technical service answered me within an hour, and I activated the license. Then, I did not manage to make a gallery with different columns because I did not understand that I used a bad dimention of my images. The technical service helped me immediately by understanding my mistake and everything else worked fine. So I give a five-star.

I just needed an answer about how to sort the images in the gallery but could not seem to find the answer by searching. I emailed the company taking the off chance that I might actually get a response. The very next morning there was my answer with a screen shot diagram and all.
